I'd try revoking the VI Pro settings (XFade etc) set back to defaults. Other things to check are making sure that you're using the correct Presets in VI Pro (do they play properly there?). And do your channels test correctly in Sibelius 7? Have you tried starting a new score from scratch - then adding VI/VE connections one at at time?
